Tour of Wrotham Water
11th May 2008 - Wrotham Water
A tour of Wrotham Water, chalk downland reserve owned by the National Trust, and for the intrepid this will be followed by a tour of the Trosley Country Park. Both sites are well known adder sites and recent additions to KRAG’s ‘Adders in Decline’ monitoring programme. Leader Rick Hodges.  This is a rearranged visit that was postponed due to the snow in early April.  The date is yet to be confirmed but watch this space for details.
NARRS Reptile Training Event
11th May 2008 - Singleton Environment Centre, Ashford

Leaders Jon Bramley and Mike Philllips will introduce participants to the reptiles of Great Britain and especially Kent. This event is free to those people who have decided to take part in the National Amphibian and Reptile Recording Scheme (NARRS).

Kent Goes Wild
27th September 2008 - 28th September 2008 - Shorne Wood Country Park, near Rochester
KRAG will be having a stand at this yearly event which showcases all of Kent's wildlife recording groups and other environmental organisations.  The event aims to promote recording of wildlfie and will include all kinds of activities for all the family.  Please feel free to come and visit us as it is sure to be a great weekend and if you would like to help out on the stand or organise an activity then contact Jon Bramey, the Events Secretary.
KRAG Evening Talk with Trevor Beebee

Pond Surveys in Dover & Folkestone

Join Jon Bramley and other KRAG members as we investigate the ponds in and around Dover and Folkestone. This part of Kent is under-recorded and we will be locating ponds and looking at their suitability for amphibians as well as trying to find evidence of their presence.
